Salesforce Pre-Sales Manager

Job Description

As a Presales Consultant, you will be engaging with clients to understand their business needs and effectively showcase how Salesforce solutions align with and enhance their operations.


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Engage with diverse clientele, dissect their requirements, and illustrate tailored solutions to address their pain points.
  • Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical details into clear, client-friendly presentations and demos.
  • Strategize and actively participate in product demos, project scoping, develop key artifacts (resource plan, solution architecture diagram, statement of work).
  • Participate in ongoing OEM training programs, certifications, and industry events to stay updated with the latest innovations.
  • Play a pivotal role in fostering robust client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Salesforce as a transformative solution for businesses across diverse sectors.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Having minimum 5+ years of experience & knowledge of SaaS CRM & ERP solutions with understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience etc.)
  • Data Cloud knowledge and experience is an added advantage.
  • Technical or Business Graduation Degree a must and having an MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong Presentation and articulation skills a must.
