Role Overview
As the Solutions Architect for Snowflake, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their data transformation journey. You will leverage your technical expertise to craft compelling solutions while supporting our leadership team by showcasing the capabilities of Snowflake’s cloud data platform. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our clients and the leadership team, ensuring successful engagements from pre-sales through to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify client needs, propose tailored Snowflake solutions, and create winning proposals.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and design innovative solutions leveraging Snowflake’s cloud platform.
- Architect end-to-end data warehousing and analytics solutions, integrating Snowflake with AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms.
- Lead technical demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase Snowflake’s value proposition.
- Provide detailed work breakdown estimates for projects and solution delivery.
- Develop accelerators, best practice frameworks, and thought leadership content to support SaasWorx’s Snowflake offerings.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients during the pre-sales and solution design stages.
- Build strong relationships with Snowflake and other key partners to enhance SaasWorx’s market position and offering.
- Collaborate with internal teams across leadership, marketing, and technical delivery to align Snowflake initiatives with client success.
- Stay updated on Snowflake’s latest features and industry trends to drive innovation in our solution offerings.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, cloud solutions, or data warehousing, with 5+ years focused on Snowflake.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect role, guiding clients from concept through to solution design and delivery.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to translate complex technical details into business value for stakeholders.
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations, POCs, and RFPs with a consultative, client-focused approach.
- Must have experience with core Snowflake features such as Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, and Classification.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive client success.
- Strong network within the Snowflake ecosystem and an understanding of its competitive advantages.
